Big Brother housemates might have already been feeling claustrophobic, but things have grown worse thanks to their latest task.
The contestants have been cooped up in battery style hen pens and must incubate eggs while dressed in chicken costumes.
They must stay in their individual coops for as long as possible, and the endurance based task will see whoever lasts the longest as a chicken be awarded immunity from next week’s nominations.
Big Brother has even employed a farmer to enter the garden and fill up the housemates’ troughs with chicken feed, which is more appealing than it sounds and actually nothing more than sweet popcorn.
The chickens must have pecked up all of the popcorn before the farmer’s next visit or they will be forced to fly the coop and will be disqualified from the task.
The task sees some much-needed order being restored to the house, after contestants got in trouble with Big Brother as a result of their wild antics following Tashie’s eviction on Friday night.
